益东选煤厂分选工艺设计与应用

Separation-process design of Yidong coal separation plant and its application

摘要: 为提高益东煤矿原煤洁净化利用以及企业经济效益,在煤质分析的基础上,开展了选煤工艺设计,确定分选工艺为150~13mm块煤采用重介质浅槽分选机分选、13~1.5mm末煤采用有压两产品重介质旋流器分选、1.5~0.15mm粗煤泥采用螺旋分选机分选、0.15~0mm煤泥压滤回收,并形成了工艺布置方案。

Abstract: To increase the raw coal clean utilization and economic benefits of Yidong coal mine, the design of coal separation process was performed based on the coal property analysis. No. 1-2 and No. 2-2 coal seams both have extra-low ash content, high volatile content, and extra-low sulfur content. The two coal can be used as high grade heating coal. The two both have middle washability. Based on the coal property analysis, the separation process was determined with dense medium shallow groove separator for 150-13 mm lump coal, pressurized-fed two-product dense medium cyclone for 13-1.5 mm slack coal, spiral separator for 1.5-0.15 mm coal and press filter for 0.15-0 mm coal slime. The proposed separation process is used in the coal separation plant construction. The product quality is suitable for the market. The design provides a reference for the design of similar coal separation plant.
